BUSINESS POLICY & REFUND POLICY

Service Agreement & Deliverables

Carson Collective Pro and its affiliated divisions, including Asset Access Group, provide professional tax preparation, consulting, mentorship, and capital advisory services.

Before engagement, each client will receive a clear outline of the services being provided, including scope of work and deliverables where applicable. By submitting payment and proceeding with services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the defined scope of work.

Our obligation is to deliver the agreed-upon services in a professional and compliant manner. Completion of those deliverables constitutes fulfillment of the service agreement.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Carson Collective Pro and Asset Access Group are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of professional services — including time investment, analysis, advisory work, document preparation, compliance review, mentorship access, and strategic planning — refunds will not be issued once services have been initiated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Tax preparation services
  • Amended returns
  • Business consultations
  • Tax planning sessions
  • Business formation services
  • Mentorship programs (including My First Tax Office)
  • Business funding advisory services
  • Capital strategy sessions
  • Document review or compliance services

Payment secures time, expertise, strategy, and intellectual property. These elements cannot be returned once delivered.

Funding & Outcome Disclaimer

Carson Collective Pro and Asset Access Group do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax refunds, funding approvals, loan amounts, or credit decisions.

Approval for business funding, loans, credit lines, or financial products is determined solely by the issuing lender or financial institution. While we provide strategic guidance, funding readiness assessments, and advisory support, final approval decisions remain outside of our control.

Our commitment is to deliver the agreed-upon advisory services and strategic guidance in good faith and with professional diligence.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Submitting requested documentation in a timely manner
  • Reviewing completed documents prior to submission
  • Communicating clearly regarding objectives

Failure to provide accurate information may impact outcomes but does not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered or deliverables have been provided constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide documentation of services rendered in response to any payment dispute.

Policy Acknowledgment

By engaging our services and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Business & Refund Policy.
